Leadership Team

Pastor Phil Taylor was born and raised here in Batavia, Ohio.  He was raised in a christian home, and grew up as an active member of the First Baptist Church of Milford.  When he was 17 years old, he realized that he must personally make a decision to accept Christ as his savior, and was saved while at teen camp at Fort Bluff Camp in Dayton, Tennessee.  He is a college graduate from the Biblical School of World Evangelism in Milford, Ohio.  Pastor Phil served full time with the ministry of Bearing Precious Seed in Milford, Ohio for 13 years.  During his time there he had the privilege to preach in hundreds of churches across the United States as well as in 32 different countries.  Pastor Phil met his wife Sarah while traveling for the ministry of Bearing Precious Seed.  God has blessed Pastor Phil and Sarah with a son, Hudson.  The Lord brought Pastor Phil to Batavia Baptist Temple in August of 2017.  Pastor enjoys playing golf, traveling, and spending time with his family.
